These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Grab Premium and any purchase made through the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the platform, creating an account, placing an order, or using any service offered by Grab Premium, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2. Platform scope
Grab Premium offers digital products and related fulfillment and support services. Product listings, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and product-specific requirements may change at any time.
3. Eligibility and account use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
4. Orders and payments
An order is considered placed only after successful payment confirmation. We may cancel, reject, or hold an order if payment is incomplete, suspicious, or if required customer information is missing or inaccurate.
5. Customer prerequisites and delivery readiness
Some products may require additional information from you before fulfillment can begin. You are responsible for providing complete and correct prerequisite details. Delivery timelines apply after successful payment and after all required information has been received.
6. Delivery of digital products
Most digital products are intended to be delivered digitally through the platform, email, account access, or another communicated method. Delivery timing shown on the platform is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Refund rule
All products are treated as non-refundable except where Grab Premium is unable to deliver the order within 7 days of successful payment and receipt of any required customer information. In that case, the order may qualify for a refund under the Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, resell or redistribute products where not permitted, upload harmful material, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
9. Product usage restrictions
Purchased products are subject to any product-specific terms, license limits, activation rules, geographic restrictions, or supplier limitations disclosed on the product page or during delivery.
10. Intellectual property
All platform branding, content, software, layouts, graphics, and non-user materials on Grab Premium are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
11. Support
We may provide order-linked customer support for delivery, access, and product issues. Support does not include obligations outside the scope of the purchased product or issues caused by third-party account misuse, unsupported environments, or user-side violations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grab Premium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform use, delayed access, third-party service interruptions, or misuse of delivered products.
13. Changes to the service or terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
