Our refund and return policies explained.

Last updated: April 12, 2026 Because Grab Premium sells digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are offered only in the limited situation described below. 1. When a refund is available A refund is available only when Grab Premium is unable to deliver your order within 7 days of successful payment and receipt of any required customer information. 2. When a refund is not available Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchases, pricing disagreements after purchase, failure to read the product description, incompatibility with your device or account, delay caused by missing or incorrect customer information, or issues outside our control after valid delivery has been completed. 3. Delivery completion An order is considered delivered when the purchased digital product, credentials, activation details, access details, download instructions, or agreed fulfillment information has been successfully provided through the platform, email, account area, or another communicated delivery method. 4. How to request a refund review If your order has not been delivered within 7 days, contact our support team with your order code, registered email address, and a short description of the issue. We may review order history, fulfillment logs, prerequisite submissions, and support communication before approving or rejecting the request. 5. Approved refunds If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time after approval may depend on the payment provider or your bank. 6. Support-first approach Before issuing a refund, we may first attempt to complete fulfillment, fix a delivery issue, or request any missing information needed to deliver the order. 7. Policy updates We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest posted version will apply to new orders, and any order-specific dispute will be reviewed against the policy in effect at the relevant time. 8.
